Flax Oil Lower Estrogen Levels?

Does anyone know if Flax Oil actually lowers Estrogen levels?
I am taking flax oil along with other supplements for acne. I believe it is helping (maybe it's the other supplements and diet though). What I don't understand is that lower estrogen levels means more acne. So if flax oil lowers your estrogen level then how does it help with acne, outside of the EFA's it provides.

I would like to continue taking it for Acne and the other benefits, but would like to understand the estrogen facts of it.

Lower estrogen levels sometimes creates thinner vaginal walls and vaginal dryness. I am experiencing this. So I'm wondering if the flax oil has given me the benefits of helping in Acne due to the EFA's, but the lowering of estrogen is affecting me in another way?

Is there other EFA oils that I could use as a supplement without worrying about it lowering my estrogen levels at all? I want the oil, not the capsules.
