It took several months. I believe her feet and legs where the fist to see improvement then the rest of her body over time. I believe she was on the products for almost a year. She has been on the products for about 2 years now I think. However you may see results sooner or later, each of us is different. My wife is a twin and they both have been suffering from pre menapose and my wife saw results in 3 days and her sister has been weeks.
