thank you SO much for sharing it with me john... i have LONG---- ways to go yet, and i have a feeling that even though it's goign to be very difficult, it would also be one of the most rewarding journeys one could possibly undertake... there is some intrinsic link between the search for one's physical health and one's mental/psychical health, which i did not expect to find to this extent when i started frantically searching for help online when i FIRST got sick....
