Colema vs colonic having had ulcerative colitis

Andreas I want to do the amazing liver cleanse and wondered is it 'safe' to do a colonic or a colema having had serious ulcerative colitis?
I'm alot better, am not bleeding but am concerned that the colonic will aggrivate things.
Is an enema ok to do instead?
Do you suggest anything to go in the water, like flaxseed tea?
Also I've ordered some colosan, could this aggrivate.
What do you suggest.
