hi i think my body is slow.. but i finally released about 30 black stones at 2pm, i looked at your liver enerchi picture and told myself that i need to get the stones out. my yoga master always tell us that we have to get our body to listen to us.

30 is little, i hope things get better. i am doing a colonic tomorrow, when can i do my next flush? btw is something wrong if i totally hate the olive oil, i hate it so much i feel sick when i even place them on salad, coz i recall how bad it feels to gulp it down when i do flush.
