The "clicking" are Ascaris and so is the sore throat/ear problem. In my experience, they like to nestle under the tonsils. The new hatchlings can migrate up into the ear canal which can cause pain. Sorry you're having the problem....very difficult to get rid of. They are very tenacious. To get them to move back down, I chew on cloves, ginger or garlic (also sleep with it between your teeth at night). I also sleep proped up on pillows and a cushion. It will help you!

I've tried various natural experiments to get rid of them. The best thing to "almost" getting rid of the throat problem and restful sleep was using Ayurvedic herbs, and a combination of colloidal minerals. Still experimenting so I can't recommend anything.
