Do you have any advice on the best form of Q10 to take? I have read it breaks down in heat so you should make sure it is still active. Also I am worried about overdosing at those kinds of levels (10 to 30 pills worth!) My sister actually sells natural vitamins and has Q10, but only the 100mg ones, I see 300mg ones at GNC (10 pills would be better on the stomach than 30.) I want to give this a shot but first I have to fix the constipation these stupid Paranil pills have given me, overdosing would be even worse with a blocked up digestive tract... Tweet
