saw your post and thot i might add my 2 cents. The popular misconception about parasites is the anorexic african child spewing out a ton of nematodes. In reality, its in the interest of the parasites to SLOW down your GI tract to maximize their nutrition. Tapeworms inhabit the small intestine, typically right after the stomach. They not only slow down the food passing thru the small bowel but also follow it down the tract then regroup for the next meal. I dont know about ascarids persoanlly, but I have heard they create quite a ruckus, as they are pretty large. Question about your "seaweed", sounds like you're taking some kind of bowel cleanser? That fiber binds up pretty good and forms strands some people call "muciod plaque". Hope this helps.
