Re: How to eat garlic

I put the garlic through a press so that it is really fine, and I swallow it down without chewing. As for smelling like garlic, if you have garlic in your body at all you will smell like it. Once I had a really itchy butt on the parasite herbs and I peeled and skinned a clove and inserted it into the colon. In about one minute I could taste garlic in my mouth. It gave me garlic breath, and that coming out your pores garlic smell.

On how much garlic to take, I don't know how much is too much. I've made Schultz's potassium broth with two heads of garlic (the recipe actually calls for more). If you eat enough of it you will definately notice the effect it has on those guys! They get really uncomfortable right away. I usually only take it for two to three days, because I think it wipes out some friendly bacteria in the bowel as well. AND I dont think it takes more than a few doses to do what it's going to do. I've taken as much as 7 to 15 cloves at once. Cloves vary so much in size.
