Yeah that's all i take, although this time around I am going to do the liver cleanse several times also. The only other thing I am doing is making sure I drink at least a gal of water a day.
I have never taken more than the 2 a day, Is it gross to chew the pills? I always burp after taking them and I can taste cloves, Yuck.
I must be very overrun, my whole family reported having them come out through the skin. I have lived on Dairy's and farms my whole life, I would never have a pet in the house but we have plenty outside, or maybe luck just had it that I was never eating the right things. Maybe you just don't have the same ones? Oh well count yourself lucky that was just wrong to find out that they were comeing out like that.
I have read about one woman who had hundreds of little red ones come out of her legs, she said she was very glad she was outside at the time. I am starting to get the strong wiggle in my head again along with the headache, maybe I'll take 3 or4 tomorrow. Tweet
