I'm about to start Clarks protocol in about a week. I've been trying to clean the colon first to be more effective. I've been taking Bentonite and Psyllium shakes every 3 hours or so for almost 2 weeks now.
I must say I was a little skeptical at first of the clay. It has not been an easy experience but I think some serious nastyness is coming out of me. I admit I have dug through it and the texture is like rubber. From the photos that people have posted of mucoid plaque, the black long bizzare shapes, I was expecting "black" stool. The color of my stool is not black though, but it is like rubber, I needed a knife to cut it apart.
Has anyone else had this experience? Am I passing mucoid plaque or is this just the clay's effect. Also, I am in my early 20's, maybe it hasn't turned black yet? Another 5 or 10 years maybe?
Anyway, I really like this clay somehow, I have not had any loose stool since I started, I go at least twice or 3 times a day, and each time is pretty substatial. 7-8 months ago I had a series of colonics done, I don't feel they were nearly as effective as what is happening now.
