They start four days before and then hatch four days after.
So you hit them before and after. You can buy Black-Walnut at the health food store and take it four or six days before as directed and four days after but you need Wormwood and clove to kill the eggs. But if all you have is Black-Walnut , I would use it.

Epsom Salts is a mineral, you can find at any pharmacy

It will be like taking an enema, but using Epsom Salts .

Drink it and watch it work. It makes you feel so much better.

Really cleans you inside. Also it probably gets rid of parasites and worms.
