The very BEST thing to get your bm's to move naturally is fresh yogurt, organic and with LIVE cultures added....of all the years I have done various things the only thing to keep them moving regularly is this. A healthy intestine is one that moves daily!! ;-)
You can try a smoothie with the yogurt, put some fresh 100% juice of whatever you like, make sure it has no added sugars, add some fresh or frozen fruit, maybe some variety of berries, and then whip that in your blender, then add your yogurt...kids luv this stuff too.
