No actually enzymes don't help constipation

Enzymes, while great for helping to prevent toxic buildup of decaying food in your digestive system, do not help constipation. They break down the food so that your body can use it, but don't move the residue along. I've tried many many types of enzymes because I have both digestive promlems and constipation; the enzymes help the digestive problems but do not do a thing for contipation. Wish it were so though!
