? about Parastat cleanse from homeopathic dr

I went to see a homeopathic doctor yesterday and he prescribed me Parastat to take for 6 weeks along with a colon and liver cleanse. When I got home I noticed of the 3 ingredients you need (black walnut, clove and Wormwood ) there was only Black-Walnut among a bunch of others. Now I'm wondering how this cleanse can work without those other herbs that you supposedly need. Has anyone taken Parastat? I've taken Paragone up til now and had good results but not long enough for it to work fully. I found this dr and was excited just to let him tell me what to do. But now I'm worried.
