i use strawberry soy milk it hides the taste completely, texture is smooth, milkshake kind of texture, goes too thick if you leave it to stand.
I shake mine in a beaker with a lid to mix it. If your dry ingredients are not fine enough grind them in a coffee grinder or the dry ingredients setting on your blender.
