Need to choose a product- please help

What I am experincing for a long time now:

gas/bloating (nearly continuous)
reflux/stomach pain (quite frequently)
low energy/headaches (sometimes)

I saw a TV commercial for Dual Action Cleanse last week and since then I've been reading a lot of information on the internet, including this great forum. It seems that a cleansing would help me. Can anybody please reccommend what product I should use, considering the sympoms I've listed?

Also for the past few years I've had more white coating on my tongue than average, esp. towards the back. I've read this might be a sign of Candida. Is candida linked to my other sympoms or with having many toxins in your body?

Here is some more information on myself if it helps you in reccomending. I am 21 years old, male. My diet is fairly healthy, but for the past few years I've been missing meals frequently (usually just have 2 large meals instead of several small ones like I've read is healthier).
