i get a constipation after p&b shake
itake 1 tablespoon Bentonite and 1 table spoon psyllium
should i increase psyllium?
which one does cause constipatio-bentonite or psyllium

i thought this formula is supposed to clean colon and support bowel motion.
but on the contrary it is causing constipation..?
am i doing something wrong ?
