Well, I have taken Bentonite and psylium since December and have not had any muciod plaque or clay remains in my bowel movements. I have chronic IBS, and it has helped with bulking up, I stopped Sugar about 1 month ago, not including fruit, or if in whole weat breads... just less breads... and little to no white flours. The Sugar cutting helped me the most with my problem.
But just wanted to say don't be too worried about the clay I mix 1 TBL in a glass of water... or with 1 TBL of Psyliuum in a glass of water........ I started out with 1 tsp of psylium and worked up.
I take it 1-5 times per day.
