You gained 30lbs while excercising 5-6 days a week and eating fish, veggies and fruit? This is definitely not normal. I'd see an endocrinologist ASAP.
You don't tell us how old you are. You sound like you're "established", eg. able to afford a physical trainer, etc. It could well be a hormonal shift.
That doesn't mean you're old -- my periods stopped when I was 42! I had a pituitary tumor secreting prolactin. That is the hormone that keeps nursing mothers from being fertile. Not a big deal, nothing like cancer or anything scary, but it messed up my hormonal balance in a big way. You need someone really good to help you regain that balance.
The good news is that my menses returned about three years later and I'm doing well. Just yesterday a clerk at Whole Foods asked me for ID. Don't know if it was the wine or the L-glutathione that triggered the check. When I laughed, he looked expectant. I realized he was serious. I showed him my ID and told him he'd made my day.
