I am walking 5 miles a day, and I always take the stairs at work, and do the stairs a few times during the day when I take a quick break. I take a walk during lunch hour. I eat good, clean food, borderline vegetarian. I drink lots of water, always have. At home I never sit, I have too much that I want to do and need to do (I have horses, one of which is an active 9 month old filly who I love to play with after work.) So other than the sitting I am required to do at work, I am very active.
