Well, whatever is causing it.......


.....the weight gain....I still feel a lot better. I just upped my exercise program from walking 3 miles a day to 5 miles a day. I also "do the stairs" at work when I take a break. Right now, I'm going to keep doing what I am doing, and give it more time and see what happens.
