Bodies do absorb magnesium, even when cleansing
Why are you insisting that you know so much about magnesium metabolism? As far as I can tell, you are spreading misinformation. I am sure that you are a very good and caring person, but based upon what you have said, I do not believe that you have the expertise to be stating that your beliefs about magnesium are facts. They are not.
I, too, have a great deal of knowledge about magnesium. I have a medical condition that requires a lot of medical supervision. One aspect of this condition affects the magnesium metabolism of my body. I take magnesium as a prescription under close medical supervision of a specialist in my condition. I have had numerous blood tests over the years, determining the status of this condition, and changing the dose of my prescriptions. Magnesium citrate is one of the forms of magnesium that has been prescribed for me in the past. It is actually a very highly absorbable form of magnesium.
Again, I am sure that you are a very caring and good person. Let's not squabble about things that neither of us has expertise in. And, by the way, I too have read up extensively about magnesium, but that doesn't make me an expert, either. ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
