One possibility is that your body may be absorbing a lot of the magnesium, if it is deficient in this important mineral. Another possibility is that there is a better way for you to take it, particularly if your body doesn't produce a lot of HCL. Are you taking it on an empty stomach? Are you taking it with either HCL, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice? Another possibility is that you are a really big person - if you are a bigger than average person, you might need a bigger than average dose for cleansing.
