thank you for the link! It was informative to read! The Colonix actually does nothing my colon was not doing on its own before...loose, fluffy stools, but no plaques.

I'm just using it up because I bought a two-months supply, and it was expensive, and I think the powder tastes prtty good. I've read so many people saying it tastes nasty, and by itself in water, yes, I agree. I like it in orange juice. The senna tea, I don't like at all, for its effects on the enteric nervous system. I have used it in the beginning, and as a result, I got constipated later on.

So, I would like to try the Blessed Herbs, and I have water-fasted before, so i know I can do that, too.
