"Thanks for your email. You can increase the steeping time to 10 minutes for the Kleri tea. If that is not strong enough, you can use 2 tea bags and steep them for 4-5 minutes. You may need to do that for a few days just until you get going (at first), then just go back to the normal steeping time on the directions.

When you take the fiber drink it is very important to use only 8 oz. of water or juice with the fiber drink and not to over dilute it with more then that. You also want to follow the fiber powder drink with another 8 oz. glass of water immediately afterwards. It needs this water to act like a sponge in the intestinal tract.

There are several supplements you can add to your regimen to moisturize the colon for constipation, such as flax oil, aloe vera juice, vitamin e, and these can be purchased at your local health food store. Organic flax seed can also be ground up in your blender and taken for additional fiber.
