well, I'm responding to my own message.

This is day 3, and the second night where this Kleritea does nothing to my bowels, despite increased steeping time. No BM this morning. A little one yesterday. I used to be mroe regular without the cleanse!

I do drink at least 3 liters of additional water per day, and definitely need to pee a lot. But my bowels are stuck!
