God is Near and Hears Your Prayer! ( never give up hope )

Gods's Anxiety for His Creation

One day Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was seated among his companions when a man approached him saying: "teacher, a wonderful incident has occured!" The Prophet (peace be upon him) looked up to him enquiringly and the man continued: "I was passing by a bush when I heard a peculiar chirping. I peeped in and saw the young ones of a pigeon. I picked them up, put them into my wrapper and resumed my journey. By this time their mother arrived, saw the empty nest and began hovering over with a piteous cry. I opened my wrapper and sat over the young ones. Look, they are still in my wrapper". The man opened the wrapper and placed it before the Prophet (peace be upon him).

The Prophet (peace be upon him) saw the birds and said to the man, "Go at once and put them back in their nest."
On saying this the Prophet (peace be upon him) suddenly grew grave and sank himself.

After some moments he looked to the companions and said in a voice choked with emotion: "How boundless is the affection of a mother! How full of anxiety is the heart of this small mother bird for her young ones! But, my companions, God Almighty is full of an Infinitely Greater anxiety for His creation!"
