Re: Pregnant w/gallstones and in agony- more questions.....
"Im confused on the epsom salt. I have read that its not safe to use in pregnancy, then I see where it is. If it is safe to use, and will help the pain, please someone let me know."
4 tbsp (standard flush recipe) is considered too much, but 1tbsp or 2 is OK.
1 tsp a day, taken with a lot of water is more then OK. It is very healthy, and you should consume 1 tsp almost every day
It can prevent many pregnancy complications.
"Also, if I were to take lemon juice and a little olive oil each day, could this possibly help move some of the stones without having to go to a complete cleanse?"
Yes it could and it may help.
Do not be affraid to try!
