OKAY about 9:30 AM the day after my flush--my first bowel movement and I am STILL getting stones!!! So few seemingly that I decided to attempt an actual count. Over 80-100. SO NOW I am re-thinking my Original guesstimates of my previous yileds of bowel movements--each in excess of 200 stones!!!??? Albeit they were like half the size of peas predominantly and at least half a dozen such movements, probably more than eight...
PLUS it occurs to me that after my first Epsom Salt in the morning of the flush--it was not actually diarrhea but VERY VERY soft, not liquidy at all...
And all subsequent bowel movements after the second morning dose of Epsom Salts seemed only the Epsom Salts carrying the stones!!!
Does this flush the kidneys too of stones???
