Epsom Salts

I'm drinking Epsom Salts for my first flush. Please tell me this is the worst part, lol. I swear I think I'm drinking poison. I have to take this really slow. If I guzzle I know I will die on the spot. Man was not made to drink something so vile. I have room temp water, next dose I will do cool. I added some Vitamin C powder but it didn't help the taste. I also used a bit less ES because I'm only 5'1". If I don't post later that means the Epsom Salt taste did me in - I'm a ghost. Tweet
