Keep up your will-power, the Master-Cleanse is well worth it. I find that if I allow my mind to get ahold of me on food images and so on, I can lose it. I read cookbooks when I am at that stage and take in all the smells of good food cooking that I can and it will pass for me. It is mind over matter. I know that sounds like a bunch of crap when your mind is full of all these thoughts on food but you can do it. You have already made 5 days and you are half way there. Good on ya!
