Hi, I am taking Aerobic Oxygen. 20 drops to 1 glass of water. I think it works. After lunch at work is when I usually get sleepy and sluggish. I take it after lunch, and I have energy till quitting time, and I use to go home and nap till supper time, but now I stay up, getting alot done.
But I am also taking CoQ10, and salmon oil, and PARA-FORCE.
I take them hours apart. With this SARS pneumonia coming our way from Toronto, its might be a good idea to have alternative medicine on hand.
