Could HAARP backfire...?

I was a little concerned about HAARP.

Only a little, because I know there is a higher intelligence in control and we only get as much negativity as we need to grow.

Recently I heard that HAARP was affecting our short term memory.

Hmmmmm...????

I started thinking (my thinking may be more dangerous than HAARP...)...

Could less short term memory (ie consciousness) help us move more into sub-conscious awareness...?

Could the HAARP project actually backfire (against the Illuminati's plans to control by inducing "stupidity") and actually propel us into "heaven"? - Anybody who smokes pot should understand what I'm saying... Right...?

I appreciate your comments on this absurd idea...
