Back to the Garden

I went to enchanted rock with my three daughters...it was a wonderful time...My middle daughter was in her mother's womb during the harmonic convergence in 1987 when her mother and I climbed the holy rock 16 years ago. My oldest daughter was 2 years old and she loved the place way back when She was quite excited to return after so many years althouth she couldn't remember the first trip(she was only 2}. For my youngest daughter, this was her first journey to enchanted rock. We climbed to the top and finally we rested and put a blanket down...The sibling rivalry vanished for a moment in time as we all sat there looking down at the canyon far below. It was a perfect moment though we were sitting in a cloud.
Everything was perfect...When I began praying and then singing in tounges, I opened up my soul to receive a Message from God...The answer was rather quiet...Enchanted Rock began to hum like a cat purring...It was not a big bang that occuttrd but rather a moment when everything seemed just right in harmony...We explored a cave and had a great adventure.
My middle daughter quietly sang a song about the world being in perfect harmony on the way home...I thought how appropriate...
I came home to take my girlfriend to dinner for her birthday...We shared a wonderful meal...She mentioned how sad it was that we could not witness the lunar eclipse because it was raining. As we were going home something extraordinary happened...All the lights from cars and houses, and even traffic lights seemed intensely bright....The lights stood out in great contrast to the surrounding darkness....I soaked in the light into the top of my head; absorbed in the moment I realized that it had been a perfect day...I went to bed exhausted from the climb and slept like a baby,,,, I woke up smiling and after a day of hamonic concordance...in a moment of reflection even now, I feel as if I spent a day in the Garden of Eden......
