I'm guilty of working on this, then allowing it to slip away. Then coming back to it again.
You speak of the positives and the negatives.
I have been told in the time that i have been on this earth, that as people age, "This is what you have to expect as you get older" (arthritis, aches,pains,etc.)
What i ususally say is "No i don't, I don't believe in being sick" Then they tell me they don't either, an then in the the next breath, they tell me again i have to expect to have some kind of health problems as i age.
I truly believe it is possible to age without health related problems.
I am always telling myself and others that i never get sick. I have spent years comfirming this to myself, that i can actually feel the positive feeling go through my body as i say it.
I have not had a cold or the flu in about 7-8 years now.
Usually when everyone around me is hacking and coughing and complaining that they get this every year without fail.
I consider myself fortunate enough to be blessed with a healthy constitution.
I am always amazed at all the illness around me.
At least i have maintained a positive frame of mind in the area of my health, now i have to make a new beginning with the other aspects of my life.
Thank you once again for this posting and the curezone for allowing all of us to voice our opinions freely.
Just reading all of the postings, im sure makes a positive impact in many of the lives that are touched by this site.
