Well.... I would just say that these things are very powerful....more than we can understand...and should only be used with the guidence and presence of someone who knows how to in a proper ceremonial way.....

They are tricky things..and often we can "believe" that they have expanded us and taken us somewhere when really they are getting us more and more stuck.....
