Hi sending out thoughts every hour on the hour is a wonderful idea. For everyone who is able to manage that, it would be a great gift to others.
I was thinking that maybe since 9/11 is the universal number for help that might be the best time of day to send out good vibrations.
Have you heard of 11:11 , i understand that is the time of day that the universe is open to everyone and that is the time it is supposed to honour all requests.
Since the early 90's every time i looked at the clock it always seemed to say 11:11
There are websites on this phenomenon.
