Coolness. Thanks for straightening me out on the female/male thing. Sorry.

I have a Nikon 5700 and will be getting the next generation Canon DSLR. Was gonna get the D10 until all the negative focusing issues came flooding in on the forums. I also saw the pictures which looked very soft in my opinion so I'll wait for the next gen in the 1 series which will give me a better frame rate anyway.
Digital photography is the best as your finding out. Instant pictures, cropping, special effects, etc and no more paying for film and waiting for developement.

We'll have to send some pictures back and forth if your into it. I highly recommend hanging out at DpReview and Suga.com. Two great forums. Well Dp can get messy at times. The natives can get wrestless.

What programm do you use for editing?
