I missed seeing it. lol
But I have been feeling if for days before and now after. I'm just kind of riding the wave and started another fasting cleanse today. But this time with my dog also. lol I took him to a holistic vet yesterday and we both thought a fasting cleanse would help my dog out with his many allergies. Well seeing how the stuff he gave us is for people originally, the dog and I are both taking it. lol Poor dog is seriously detoxing while it is taking a while to work through me yet.
