saturday flush

Hi folks!

I did the flush this Saturday. I was thinking a last one in this series. And how wrong I was! Prior to the flush I was drinking GCG (gold coin grass) tea for about 2 weeks. I decided to go on 16th, cause it was close enough to full moon and I don’t have a time during week.

Flush day.
Breakfast – some dry cereal and glass of water, then some iron pumping and 1 hour of intense yoga practice.

1 carrot and 3 apples for lunch about 1pm

This time I am guilty of drinking Epsom Salts 1 tablespoon in a glass of water at 6 pm

Slowly consumed glass of olive oil and a glass of grapefruit/lemon juice (50/50, fresh), biting on hot chilly in between.

Of course, I used my trusty hot water bottle throughout this and all night.

In the morning I had 1 BM – nothing, just ES was cleaning my intestines. Then I decided to draw in 2 L of salted water (in a 5 minutes, standing, using my abdomen and diaphragm, like sucking the water from a back door).

And what a stuff I was collecting next few hours…

All big peaces look like they were broken off the large one. So, after all, may be I had one of those golf balls inside, Ah? And GCG really breaks stones? I’ll continue with that tea and keep you posted( in about a month)…

Big hug to all of you!

:)

Oleg
