Amazing article on Colon Health - Must read!

Hi all!

Raider over there on the Bowel Forum posted this site and in particular an article called 'Journey to the center of the Colon'. It is amazing. Explains how 'death begins in the colon', how digestion works, how mucoid plaque gets started, how our colon affects EVERYTHING including our gallbladders and livers! Ph balance is key...etc etc.

It is simple and amazing.

I suspect many of the articles are excellent too. I'll be reading the allergy one next.

A good solid Bowel Cleanse (with either Bentonite and psyllium drinks, Holistic Horizons or Schulze's) with Liver Flushes every two weeks and we'll all be in tip top shape!!
