I have never passed a stone that big.I think if i had one that size i would do a AJ fast for about 3-7 days to try to shrink it before a cleanse.You might also so want to go a little bit heavy on the Epsom Salts to make sure the bile ducts are wide open.Just make sure to rehydrate your self if you use alot of extra Salt.
