Re: Questions about Heavy Metals, etc...
It is my belief that candida outgrowths greatly weaken the body as they claim nutrition that the body needs and prevent its normal functioning. Therefore dealing with candida is, to a certain extent, an a priori before trying other cleansing procedures. Other people may disagree but my sense is that the body needs to have some underlying strength to deal with the powerful elimation process that cleansing provokes. Also cleansing can further reduce nutritional intake, therefore allowing the candida to make even more serious claims on what nutrition is going into the body.
But I have also found over the last couple of years that dealing with candida is not as difficult as it once seemed. I use the following method if I can feel the build up in my body, (which also shows as very bad athlete's foot attacks for me). I simply cut out
Sugar and alcohol, take some
Black-Walnut tincture, (or garlic works as well), and take regular pro-biotics with yoghurt. Normally, the candida is back under control within 2 or 3 days. I hope this is of use.
Finally, I know you have learnt the hard way, but please be careful about the water intake. Not only can it lead to threatening situations because of loss of vital electrolytes, it can also dilute digestion, again undermining nutrition. Water should be drunk but preferably a clear two hours after or before eating and at least one hour. This has long been known by the Japanese and Chinese but the current fashion for water has obscured some obvious dangers.
Good Luck
