order of cleanse

I tried to figure that out too, after reading about 5 books and surfing on the net, I've determined the order to be: Colon, parasite, blood, kidney, liver/gallbladder.

Recommend colon and parasite before the liver/gallbladder cleanse.

My main objective was to do the liver/gallbladder, but the colon detox was WOW!!
