Good Dietary Habits

GOOD DIETARY HABITS

Important Note;
As your stomach does not have teeth, chew your food at least 30-50 times per mouthful to ensure proper digestion. 32 is a natural number, we have 32 vertebraes and 32 teeth!

Also, it is ESSENTIAL that you drink 3-5 liters of quality water per day to assist your kidneys and colon in the elimination of toxins and to prevent side effects of toxin release.
Water must be bottled or filtered only. No tap or distilled water!!!

YOU MUST ELIMINATE THE FOLLOWING:
· ALL red meat products (beef, pork, veal, etc.) This depending
a little on the quality,
your bloodtype and your activity, metabolism etc! But is
absolutely adviceable during any disease/complicated physical,
mental or digestive condition!
· ALL items containing partially HYDROGENATED OILS!
· ALL items containing any added sweeteners: refined sugar,
brown sugar, corn syrup, Anything ending in ose (ie; sucrose,
glucose, lactose, (FOS, fructooligosaccharose) is ok/healtier
in small amounts! And ALL Sugar SUBSTITUTES like saccharin
(Sweet n`Low), Aspartame (Nutrisweet), Equal, or anything new
which enters the market.
· ALL processed foods: “enriched” WHITE FLOUR PRODUCTS, deli
meats, anything containing Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) (Monosodium Glutamate),
benzoates , pyrophosphates, preservatives in general.

READ LABELS – Anything which is artificial or requiring a degree in chemistry to pronounce, DON`T EAT IT OR DRINK IT!

· ALL carbonated or caffeinated sodas, cofee
(including decaf), caffeinated tea
(herbal tea is OK), or sweetened drinks.
· ALL alcoholic beverages of any kind.
· ALL dairy; eggs (vegetarian eggs are ok 1-2 times/week), milk
(raw milk or home-made yoghurts or cottage cheese are ok),
Cheese (especially melted/heated is not digestible)Ice creams.

SUGGESTIONS

· Main staple: ORGANIC VEGETABLES (Raw and cooked) Broccoli
and Kale has a lot of best quality not dangerous, but important, carbo`s, fibers and C-vits! Never boil vegetables too long they become non-digestible, thats the reason why many children don`t eat them, they are very sensitive, and will always eat greens if boiled the right way, make your children get used to quality! 1-3 minuts steamed or boiled in a small amount of fresh boiling water with SALT, is enough for broccoli, mouthsize .

· Foods should be baked, broiled, steamed, pressure cooked or roasted. No frying, microwaving, or cooked in aluminium!

Stainless steel, ceramic, glass or iron-pots preferable. Open flame is a better energy-supply for foods, gas, woodstove etc. / more warming and calming without electricity!

· Grains: Organic Brown Rice, Spelt, Oats, Millet, Corn, Barley, Kasha, Amaranth, Quinoa etc. They are all delicious if cooked the right way.

· Pastas made of whole grains or vegetables are fine.
· Chicken and fish should be as organic as possible (commercially
grown chicken is full of chemicals).

· Rice milk (“Rice Dream Original Regular) is close to milk, Oat-
milk is also good.

DON`T use Soy-milk or other Soy-products, especially not for children /diabetic people. See my report about Soy at ‘see all messages posted by Lillian’. Non-pasteurised MISO is the ‘best’ soy-product, cleanses the blood, supplyes your intestinal flora with alive bacteria , and could be used every day! As also some
other fermented Soy-products ok, and could be used occacionally!

· Breads; Shilo Farms, Foods for Life 7-grain, Spouts Delight.
· Cakes and bisquits; Always use Spelt-flour instead of white
weat while baking.

The cakes become as delicious, and as a sweetener I occasionally use MAPLE Sugar for the most wonderful and light results birthday-cakes or other bakery! More healthy is Light brown RICE MALT, apple- or pear consentrate is also often used. The best healty recipes are found in macrobiotic cooking books!
(Corn-malt contains 25% rapid sugars). My receipe-pages will soon be available!

· Condiments; Sea Salt (“Real Salt” is excellent), grey, pink
or black color is the best, consictence more floury. I use
cayenne instead of black pepper, especially in case of liver-
trouble! Fresh raw peppers are very healty, the stronger, more
yellow or orange, the better, contains a lot of C-vitamins.
Buy fresh ones, red, yellow, green, dry it in the kitchen, use
cotton-string, string it up, clip them on! Chop them or grind!

· A little BUTTER as flavoring is ok, or use Organic coconut
butter is an excellent healthy alternative supplying essential
fatty acids. See this web-site;

http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/virgin_coconut_oil.htm

Do not eat anything deep-fried, or do it yourself use only good quality oils, and balance with a dip containing lots of ; Tamari, garlic, ginger, horseradish or
daikon-juice (white radish)

· NO MARGARINE! ALL kind of margarins are hydrogenatedfats!
The plant-oil`s used are not always bad, but it is the process
of hydrogenating that it is transformed
into the worst quality fats for human beings! This quality
fats will always cloth up
your vains and bloodvessels, and will for shore make you sick
and tired!

· Snacks; Pumpkin seed spread, Polaner, Shiloh Farms,
or Smucker 100% all-fruit NO GUM!

· Spread; Fresh ground peanut butter, occacionally! Almond-
butter and all other organic nut-butters are very good.
BifidoBalance and real maple syrup are better than honey and
are to be used sparingly.

· Salads; Avoid commercial salad dressings and vinegars. The
proper oils are beneficial. Use oils which are produced by the
Omega-flow process stored in black contqainers and add freshly
squeezed lemon or lime juice and spices/mustard to add flavor.
Delicious Rice-vinegars and Umeboshi-vinegars are much more
mild and friendly to blood-vessels! Sauerkraut-juice or other
pickles could also be used.

ONE MORE IMPORTANT NOTE;
YOU MUST FOLLOW YOUR DESIRES, YOU MUST NEVER FORBID YOURSELF ANYTHING, UNLESS YOU ARE IN A SERIOUS CONDITION!

IF YOU ENJOY YOUR EXSPERIMENTS, AND TRY THEM OUT BECAUSE YOU FEEL WELL ABOUT IT PROUD ABOUT IT, IT WILL MAKE THE BIG DIFFERENCE, YOU WILL FEEL GOOD AND YOUR EFFORTS WILL DO YOU GOOD. GET SLOWLY PREPARED.

WE HAVE TO DO OUR BEST, WE ARE NOT ALL PSYCHOLOGICALLY PREPARED, SOMETIMES IT IS NICE TO GET TOGETHER AND FOLLOW UP COOKING AND DIETING WITH OTHERS. IF YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH ALONE TRY A WORK-SHOP;
AT HOME OR IN THE COUNTRYSIDE!

BRING A FEW FRIENDS TOGETHER, AS IT WAS YOUR VACATION, DESIDE TO SPEND 3-6 DAYS FOR A 'WELL-BEING WORKSHOP', COOKING, TALKING, MASSAGES AND COMPRESSES, OILS, TEAS, HERBS, BATHS!
