5th Flush results.

I have just completed my 5th flush. Only passed about 10 greyish coloured stones.
This was a different flush from the word go. Epsom Salts didn't kick in until just before the big OO (Olive-Oil) drink last night.
I managed to get the OO (Olive-Oil) and GF down and it stayed down without any problems this time.
Tho I couldn't get straight to bed because the ES were working on me, so it took me about 15 minutes on the loo before I could get to bed.
Slept like a baby, and didn't have any nausea or sweats.
Took more ES at 7.00a.m. but bowels didn't move until 10.00 which was so different to other flushes. In the past I have almost completed the toilet runs by this time.
It may sound crazy, but this was a more "inner calm" flush, no real explosion on the loo, and no griping pain in my bowels either. It felt good and right.
Don't forget I am still anticipating a great flush....LOL.... but I wasn't disappointed with the proceedings, or the way I felt. I had lots of energy during the day. That was after a very sleepy and tired start to the day.
So I am still watching and wondering where my big stones are hiding, I know that they still have to come.
My partner did a flush with me, his 3rd, and his was different also. He passed approx 20 stones that were also greyish in colour. Neither of us passed any green ones this time, which I thought was a bit strange.
But I am not complaining, I don't have any after pain, or headaches this time. My partner had headaches all day. Maybe I am more used to the flushes by now, who knows.
I am happy with the way it went, and I do feel calmer and lighter inside.
So I will try again in 3 - 4 weeks.
