I am now 46 years old.
female
um physically waist length dark brown hair, that has gotten thicker, and new hair growth in areas that i had thinner or lost hair in from serious health situations years ago.
i have dark brown eyes.
about 5 ft 3 1/4" tall.
i have 3 adult children
2 sons/ one daughter
I have lost a total of 50 lbs now ,since first comming to Curezone
a year ago (abit longer, since when i first came i used a different
name, while seeing what curezone was about)
I learned alot since comming here, and done and contimue to do most of the self helps that we can utilise to detox ourselves.
the WT i have lost has just been a gradual thing, not that i have worked hard to lost wt at all.
just a natural occurance as the body flushes itself out and runs
more efficiently.
I have kept up facial exercises as i have lost wt/ to keep it toned and avoid the saggy skin facial problems that can occur with body wt loss too fast.
my goal when i came here was never to lose wt.
it was to detox.
I had been thru a decade of sedentary forced function due to extreme head injuries and numerous heat strokes that both left my body quite damaged/ and severely toxic from the organ damages.
it took me about a decade to reheal to a fairly normal lvl
of health.. since i ahd no ins or doc or means to treatments
i had to rely on my self to physical theraphy myself back to being able to walk again/ regain speech and speaking properly/
just beign able to sit up etc...
i am happy to say that i now walk completely free with out aid
tho i still utilise my hand carved antique mexican walking cane..
if i go out in public (which i rarely do )
i am extremely happy with where i am at now..inlight of how far i have come.
the main goal i have right now/ physically is to tone up my tummy
and begin leg exercises on a more disciplined routine to build them up stronger and of course (vanity ) to reshape them.
other than that,i am incredibly happy being back looking like a healthy woman again.. tho i am still incredibly weak from the damages..but that will be improved with time i am confident, since it is my goal to rebuild strength.
I honestly cannot think of anything on Curezone that i havento found to be of benefit to me.. and i try to make it a point to try anything before suggesting it
I have done darn near everything on Curezone lol !
except farinfrared saunas etc or
colonics which i do not have access to nor can afford.. instead i use Colosan. so at least i am doing something to cleanse from colon down.
100 % vegan now (as of winter 2004)
i do NOT consume the following things:
soy or canola or corn/vegetable oils
dairy products of any kind (www.notmilk.com)
no red meat/pork or fish or poultry or eggs
no
Sugar as best i can (since it does come in certain products)
instead of
Sugar if i really feel the need,
i tend to use STEVIA HERB as a substitute
no unshelled nuts (i shell them myself before consuming)
and blanch off the brown skin just prior to eating
no nut butters (they go rancid fast and contain molds funguses etc)

i do eat fresh fruits, veggies, (if can't get good quality fresh,
then i get frozen..)
i like basamati rice, oatmeals, pastas,etc.
legumes .. pretty much all beans except kidney beans
i use mainly in cooking no or little oil.
when i do use oils, i use sunflower, safflower,sesame, olive,
virgin coconut oil.
i like juiced drinks tho i know i don't use my juicer as much as i would like to.
i have a water filter o nmy drinking water and i also make my prill beads water. i never drink cold drinks.
if i have to keep something in fridge, i always dilute it with room temp prillwater.. to take cold off it/ since cold drinks are hard on kidneys and liver.
i have NO teflon cookware and use only lexan cooking and eating utensils. i use visionware pots ,skillets etc that i have bought off ebay for my cookware.
I think that making changes in ones dietary routines choices,
is mostly in the mind.
and the relearning/ retraining your body to accept that which is better for it.
alot of times you can *crave something* simply from old habit or an addictive state.
almost every commercial food product marketed has msgs in it which are addictive..
they make the foods taste better but also are addictive.
so when you *crave chips etc* you are really craving is the taste (the msg in the enhanced taste.)
the further you break from these thigns and better yet the more you detox.. the most noticeable thing you will find is that if you goto eat these things later, you will almost choke with how nasty they taste.

well i will work on bettering my post as time goes by and i find time to better hone in on who i am ,
what i am currently doing etc.
as of February 2005 , I have begun transitioning over from
cooking vegan to going raw..
I am easing into it,
so i would say i am at about 45 % raw right now, and 55 % vegan,
since i am still cooking legumes and rice etc.
but now with my sprouts taking off my need to cook legumes will be gone, and what extremely little amts of rice pasta etc,
are being replaced by much healthier means thru the grain sprouts,
such as alfalfa, red clover , plus my hand ground flaxseed,and rice
bran which i sprinkle over my food.
so i imagine by the end of march i will have made about a 75 % transition to raw and a few things i may still *blanch* for about 1 min )
