Muchas gracias, somer. It is very nice of you to post those recipes. I have also been thinking of buying masa and making my own corn tortillas. Pre-made corn tortillas in our stores don't taste good at all. Is it possible to make them without baking powder or baking soda? I tried to make them a few weeks ago, and they tasted very bitter. I know corn flour can get rancid very quickly, but I'm hoping to find some fresher flour. I would greatly appreciate any advice about this, and hopefully by tomorrow, I can have a Mexican feast.
