I find that as long as I dont eat any high glycemic foods whatsoever I only need one or two meals a day, plus snacks, which include nuts mostly, walnuts are the best,swiss cheese from the deli with a piece of boiled ham rolled up in it,deviled eggs etc., I think I responded to this post before things are starting to sound familiar, but any way I believe if you consume high uality high density foods you hunger eventually stablizes! But If I consume the least bit of the wrong foods my hunger returns potatoes are a good example , if start eating them I can,t stop! bread also same affect! I only have to buy meet 2 to 3 times a week as I make soups or salads such as chicken salad etc. good soups really nuorish me, I dont need the french bread anymore especially because its one of those foods I can go nuts on and eat a whole loaf with no problems except my blood Sugar level will take a big rise than a big dive! etc. etc. Grog
